POOL: open April through to October; the entire pool area is fenced for security reasons; parents are kindly requested to keep close watch over their children, as there is no lifeguard on
duty for pools rated as “private”. The pool measures 16x8 m; its depth ranges from 47 inches at its shallow end, where ladder is located, to 59 inches at its deepest end.
Small pool for children aged 3 to 6 years: of 6x3 m in size and 20 inches deep. - PLAYGROUND: there is a swing and a table tennis free of charge and reserved for kids, that should however be supervised by an adult.
- BARBECUE: free of charge.
- LAUNDRY-ROOM: the use of the washing machine costs €5.00, including detergent and softener.
- PARKING: a special covered area is provided for parking.
- TV: satellite TV in all apartments.
- WATER: tap water is undrinkable.
- WI-FI: free of charge.
